Looking for some help with the site

Ok, so I think I've got the site up and going and stable and we've got a pretty (I think) solid core group of folks. I've been trying to get my head around how to get the site visible in search engines but I'm kindof stumped. Wondering if someone with some SEO / SEM skills may be interested in helping out.

I'm all about grassroots and elbow grease but, at the end of the day, if I can't figure out how to get more folks here to a) ask questions and b) share knowledge (and passion), I don't think it'll work.

Ive been out of town and just getting back and trying to get caught up. Id love to help but this is waaaaaay out of my know how zone 🙂
