Can we add private / direct messaging

One request that we've gotten is about adding / enabling private / direct messaging between site users. Before spending too much time on it, wanted to gauge the interest with the membership. Right now, it's just me managing the site so adding features will likely be one at a time so I want to make sure that I'm focusing on what the majority of folks want.

With so few members now I don’t think I would use it but once the crowd grows it would be appreciated

This seems like a neat thing but I dont know how much I would use it.

I am with @daddale, I dont think that there is a need for it now since were just trying to get it up and going. Once we have a bunch of people on here though, it may be nice to have the ability to reach out to someone to ask a question or try to coordinate schedules or such.
